Ember Lane Coffee
Est. 2019 Liverpool Independent Coffee & kitchen
The neighbourhood coffee house

Proper coffee, and somewhere to stay.

A warm, unhurried room for a flat white that tastes like something — plus all-day brunch, homemade bakes, and a table you're welcome to keep.

01 What we're
about

Three reasons to push the door open.

i
The coffee

House espresso roasted just up the road and pulled properly. Oat, whole or a good decaf — no surcharge, no eye-rolls.

ii
The kitchen

Brunch that doesn't stop at eleven. Eggs on sourdough, big veggie plates, toasties, and a bakery counter half gone by lunch.

iii
The room

Sockets at every table, wifi that holds, and nobody hovering for your seat. Come to work, to meet, or to do very little at all.

02 The room

Somewhere to actually get things done.

Half of Liverpool works from home now. We built the other half of your day — a quiet-ish corner, a plug you don't have to hunt for, and no one asking if you'll be much longer.

  • A socket at every table
  • Wifi that holds a call
  • A big shared table
  • No time limit, ever

04 Regulars

What the regulars say.

The flat white's spot on, the wifi actually works, and nobody minds me setting up for a couple of hours.”
Jode P.Freelancer, Baltic Triangle
We bring the pram and the dog and never feel like a nuisance. The cinnamon buns are dangerous.”
Sam & RowAround the corner
Warm, easy, unpretentious — exactly what a café should be. They sorted our book club without any fuss.”
